Information on returns
1. What are reasons for returns?
-I accidentally ordered the wrong filters (Regular instead of XTRA Slim Size and vice versa)
-The article is not the right size (clothes)
-The article does not correspond to the figure/description
-The article does not like
-The article is damaged
-I have ordered several articles for viewing
2. I have received the wrong goods - what can I do?
We are very sorry that the wrong goods were delivered to you.
Please send us an e-mail with your order number and a photo of the delivery note and the wrong goods to support@purize-filters.com, subject misdelivery.
You will receive an answer from us as soon as possible with all information about the redirection of the ordered goods as well as the possible return of the misdelivered items.
3. What is the standard procedure for returns?
- Write an email to our customer support at support@purize-filters.com, subject "Retoure". Please tell us your order number and which items you want to return and ask for a return label.
- You will promptly receive an e-mail with your return label and the return insert [which we will need to create as a PDF file for printing, filling out and enclosing] to print out as an attachment.
-Simply print out the returns label and stick it on the package
-Please fill out the printed return insert completely and enclose it with your return shipment

-Afterwards you hand in your return at the post office (free of charge for you!)
-Once we receive your return and have checked the goods positively, we will, depending on what you have indicated, either refund the purchase amount via the payment method you have chosen for your purchase or arrange a replacement delivery for you. (If necessary, think about the option "offsetting as credit"? How feasible is that?)
-When the return is completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all information about the refund/exchange and, if applicable, tracking of your replacement.
4. Under what conditions can I return my goods?
-Your goods must be in original condition
-Filter packs are unopened
-clothing is unworn, not dirty or sweaty
-Use objects must not have been used (unless it is a complaint about defects)
5. what information does support need to process your return quickly and easily?
-Your order number
-Which article(s) do you want to return?
-The reason for return
-Whether you want your refund/exchange (for XTRA Slim filters: which color) (/charged as credit?)
6. You want to cancel the order you just placed?
