Participation Conditions
Participation in competitions organized by PURIZE Filters, hereinafter referred to as the "Operator" or "Organizer," is free of charge and is exclusively governed by these Terms and Conditions of Participation.
Competition Procedure
The duration of each competition is specified within the individual competition announcement. During this period, users have the opportunity to participate online.
Participation
The specific participation process for each competition is clearly indicated. Participation is only possible within the designated participation period. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered for the draw.
Each participant may submit only one entry per competition. The use of multiple email addresses or multiple Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter profiles to increase winning chances is strictly prohibited.
Participation in competitions is free of charge.
Eligibility
Eligible participants must be natural persons who have reached the age of 14. Participation is not limited to customers of the Organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of any product or service.
If a participant has limited legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required.
The following persons are excluded from participation: all individuals involved in the conception and implementation of the competition, employees of the Operator, and their family members. Additionally, the Operator reserves the right to exclude individuals from participation at its own discretion if justified reasons exist, including but not limited to:
(a) manipulation related to access to or execution of the competition,
(b) violations of these Terms and Conditions of Participation,
(c) unfair conduct, or
(d) false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.
The winners will be determined after the competition deadline in a random drawing among all participants. If the competition requires completion of a task, only those participants who have correctly completed the task will be entered into the draw.
The winners will be promptly notified by a separate email.
Prizes will only be awarded to the winner or their legal representative if the winner is a minor. Prizes cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash.
Any shipping costs for delivering the prize will be covered by the Operator. Any additional costs associated with the use of the prize shall be borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes on the prize.
Termination of the Competition
The Organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without providing reasons. This applies particularly to any circumstances that would disrupt or prevent the planned execution of the competition.
Data Protection
Participation in the competition requires the provision of personal data. The participant assures that the personal information provided, particularly first name, last name, and email address, is truthful and correct.
The Organizer declares that all personal data of the participant will not be disclosed to third parties or made available for their use without consent.
An exception is made for the necessary processing of the competition, in which case data must be collected, stored, and used for the purpose of executing the competition.
In the event of winning, the winner agrees to the publication of their name in the advertising media used by the Organizer. This includes the announcement of the winner on the Operator’s website and social media platforms.
The participant may revoke their consent at any time. The revocation must be submitted in writing to the contact details provided in the legal notice of the competition application. After revocation of consent, the collected and stored personal data of the participant will be immediately deleted.

Applicable Law
Any questions or complaints related to the competition should be directed to the Operator. Contact details can be found in the legal notice.
The competition is exclusively subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
Severability Clause
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Participation be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible regulation that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies in the event of a gap in these Terms and Conditions of Participation.
